On Friday Oct 9th the PTRA is offering a Quantum Physics presentation with materials provided by the Perimeter Institute. The cost for this workshop is $60. As you know, we will provide lots of materials.

For more information contact Nicole Murawski, murawskin@royaloakschools.com

On Friday night after dinner Lish Huggins, author of the new Algebra version of Physics 2000 will present a 2 hour workshop on “Starting with Special Relativity”. There is no charge for this but again you will take away lots of goodies. I attended this workshop at the AAPT meeting and was quite impressed

On Saturday afternoon we will tour the special Einstein Exhibit at the museum. A conference fee of $15 includes both the MIAAPT meeting and the Einstein Exhibit. We are hoping to work out a credit arrangement for those that attend more than one PTRA workshop this year.
